Blair 201st Aero Squadron, Am. Exp. Forces to Southbridge, Mass bearing 1c tied Mail C(ourier/US Army Bag canceller & with violet unframed Held By US Mail Censor /No Extra Postage Due......... War Tax came into effect on 2 Nov 17 & this hand stamp was used by Censor to notify PO that mail had been posted prior to this date but this item was short paid to begin with & it seems the hand stamp saved the Postage Due for that as well........Very interesting AEF US Air Force item
