Div. nicknamed The Black Cat Division who had the distinction of being constantly in combat throughout the 3 year Burma campaign........
It is believed this was written aboard troopship S.S. Devonshire that sailed from Rangoon 10 Dec 1945 via Colombo & Suez arriving Liverpool 5 Jan 1946
